Tai Chi in Abingdon, Monday 9:30-10:30am. Soft and gentle joint exercise for the whole body, head to toe. This is a classical yang style. It's an easier form of Tai Chi so can be practised into old age. An ancient form of Chinese exercise that combines deep breathing and relaxation with slow gentle movements. Great for working on balance and strength as well as reducing stress.
